MEET TANISHA

Photography started as a creative outlet, but it became something much deeper after I lost my grandpa. I had zero (0) recent photos with him when he passed, and that emptiness forever altered my view of a camera.

Hear me when I say: Moments do not wait for us, and the people we love will not always be here.

That is why I photograph with intention. I photograph to create beautiful images, sure. But to preserve the pieces of life that become priceless over time–that is my why.

Outside of photography, I'm known for laughing loudly, loving my people fiercely, and saying what I mean- without fail. I'm a vocal advocate for inclusion and equality, and I believe everyone deserves to be seen, celebrated, and documented exactly as they are.

That is my promise to you.
